Heatwave in the City
A heatwave across India has led to a hotter summer than usual Summer in the country. The temperature has risen up to 40⁰C in the city. One can see streets full of colorful umbrellas, which people use to protect themselves from sun. Coconut water sellers are making good money but people are praying for some relief.
Belagavi, once know as South Mahableshwar is now crying because of intense heat. Since 1998, the city is experiencing heat of 40⁰ C. It has become difficult for the general public to get out their house in this hot climate. The normal climate varying from 25 to 35 degrees is best suited for kids & old people. So, one can imagine that such high temperature leads to health problems for these. So, people are advised to keep themselves hydrated by taking fluids frequently.

According to MET Department temperature is likely to rise further. But according to their forecast, this year good monsoon is also expected, which is a good news for all of us.
