Kokan Fish Fry
Fish: 10 – 15 pieces, Red Chilies: 10-15, Garlic’s: 2, Ginger: 1 inch, Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp, Coriander leaves: ½ small bowl, Coriander and cumin powder: 1 tsp, Tamarind pulp (Imli ka pani): 2-3 tbsp, Rava: 1 small bowl, Oil: for shallow frying, Lemon juice: 1 tsp, Salt to taste
Firstly clean the Fish properly and keep aside.
Take a pan, marinate the fish with the grinded paste and keep aside for 15-20min.
Take the rava in a plate and roll the fish over it.
Shallow fry the fish in a frying pan, and serve hot with rice and dal.
